Illness

If your child is unwell, we ask that you leave a message on the School Absence line by 09:15 to notify the school of their absence. If your child is absent due to sickness or diarrhoea, they must remain absent for 48 hours from the last episode.

Parents can also inform the school of their child's absence via the Arbor app.

Appointments

For medical appointments during school time, please notify the School Office and Class Teacher in advance of the appointment. If you have an appointment letter or confirmation, we kindly request that a copy be brought to the School Office so that we may authorise the absence.

Term-Time Leave Requests

For all holidays during term time, a Term-Time Leave Request must be completed before the start date of the absence. Please note that schools are only able to authorise holidays during term-time in exceptional circumstances.
